Our Process

Our perfected 10 step process provides excellent results and ensures that your experience is as smooth as possible.

1	After inspecting the tyres, weights and valves, we remove them all carefully.
2	The wheels are chemically stripped to remove any old flaking paint and contaminants.
3	We assess each wheel for any signs of damage and corrosion.
4	De-gassing and pre-heating takes place. This ensures precise preparation prior to coating.
5	Powder coating primer ensures a smooth finish. The wheel is inspected again and then cured to an exact time and temperature in our oven.
6	We can restore to an original colour or a custom colour. Our colour range includes OEM water based colours.
7	We can carry out Diamond Cutting using a state of the art lathe, leaving a high shine finish.
8	A Powder acrylic lacquer is applied to the wheel, providing an excellent finish and a hard durable coat.
9	Tyre refitted to wheel, re-valve and balanced.
10	Final quality checks are carried out on each wheel.
